Collected personal data

Personal Data does not include Data that has been aggregated or made anonymous such that it can no longer be reasonably associated with a specific person.
Sharing with third parties
Verus does not share personal data directly provided to us by an individual with third parties, without your explicit consent.
Verus shares indirectly obtained Personal Data only in limited circumstances. Verus may use or disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, with the company under examination or to the government agency employing Verus.
Verus may use or disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, internally for our own internal management, administration, and legal obligations. Similarly, Verus may disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, to contractors or agents that perform supporting services to us. All such employees and/or contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Verus may disclose company records, which may include Personal Data, for law enforcement purposes as required by law or in response to a valid subpoena.
